About Me

Claire Zander, Osteopath D.O. &
Microkinesitherapist

I am Claire Zander, an osteopath since 2008 and a microkinesitherapist since 2025.

I trained at the Institut Privé d’Enseignement Ostéopathique (IPEO) in Paris—now known as EO—where I completed a full five-year, full-time program. I then enriched my training with a year of study and internships at UNITEC in Auckland, New Zealand.

During my studies, I worked every summer in a variety of professional environments to fund my education. Beyond the financial aspect, these experiences were incredibly formative: they allowed me to directly observe the physical and psychological challenges faced by different types of patients, whether in the tertiary sector (banking, insurance, law firms) or in industry (assembly line work, gas stations). This immersion continues to inform my holistic understanding of functional disorders.

Since graduating, I have pursued regular continuing education, which I consider essential to ensure up-to-date and relevant patient care. I have taken courses at the CFPCO in Paris (with José Kunzler and Eyal Lederman), as well as in Luxembourg with the ALDO, particularly in pediatrics (Nicette Sergueef, Miranda Clayton). More recently, I trained in microkinesitherapy.

I am also a mother of two children. This personal experience has deeply enriched my practice. Parenting is a demanding school, engaging biological, emotional, educational, and social dimensions. It has sharpened my listening, understanding, and approach to care, especially in supporting infants, children, and their parents.

Over the years, I have refined my techniques, evolved my methods, and adjusted my approach. My experience and holistic view of the patient have guided my sessions for the past 18 years.
